✨ New Restaurant Alert – Hichki in New Jersey! ✨
Had an unforgettable night at Hichki during their Ghazal Night on Thursday – the vibe was incredible, the music was soulful, and I had an absolute blast with my girls! 🎶💃
🍽️ Food Highlights:
• The mushroom dish was rich, earthy, and perfectly saucy – just right for scooping with their soft breads.
• The shrimp was excellent – flavorful and cooked just right.
• Don’t miss the Goat Curry – my absolute favorite! So tender and full of depth. 🔥
New Jersey folks – if you haven’t been to Hichki yet, you’re seriously missing out. Highly recommend checking it out, especially on a Ghazal night!

My recent visit to Hichki was a genuinely delightful experience.
The restaurant boasts a beautiful ambiance and the staff provides exceptionally warm and attentive hospitality. The menu stands out with a good variety of flavorful options, satisfying both vegetarian and non-vegetarian palates.
What I ordered:
Masala Papad
Mughlai Baithak Soup
Navratan Korma
Bihari Chicken Curry
Roomali Roti
The food was absolutely delicious and the presentation of each dish was thoughtful and appealing. I highly recommend Hichki—it's the perfect spot for both a memorable meal with family or a fun gathering with friends.

We went to Hichki with high hopes, and I'm thrilled to report they didn't just meet them—they shattered the target. From the moment we walked in, the vibe was on point. The ambiance is a cool mix of modern chic and archery-range rustic.
The menu is where the real magic happens. Every dish was a perfect hit:
The service was impeccable—attentive without being intrusive. Our server, guided us through the menu with expert precision.
Overall, Hichki isn't just a meal; it's an experience. They have perfect aim when it comes to flavor, presentation, and atmosphere. We'll definitely be back for another round!

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ A Memorable Dining Experience at Hichki
Had the pleasure of dining at Hichki, and it was truly an experience worth sharing.
From the moment we entered, the elegant interiors and fine cutlery gave us a sense of upscale dining. The atmosphere was inviting, setting the perfect tone for the evening.
Although we were running late (arrived at 9:40 PM instead of 9), a quick call to the restaurant reassured us — they warmly encouraged us to come in, even though their closing time was 10. On arrival, we were personally greeted by the Head Chef and Zuber, whose hospitality instantly made us feel welcome.
We ordered a variety of dishes, each better than the last:
Kofta Sham Savera – rich, flavorful, and beautifully presented
Anjeer Kofta – a standout dish with a unique, slightly sweet twist
Lamb Rogan-e-Ghosht Kashmir – possibly the best Rogan I’ve had in recent memory
Alongside Chur-Chur Naan, Garlic Naan, and Roomali Roti, all baked to perfection
Despite limited time, the team ensured nothing felt rushed. The Head Chef personally ensured every dish was on point, while Zuber provided excellent service throughout.
Looking forward to returning soon (on time!) — especially to try their much-loved Lamb Chops appetizer.
Hichki is a must-visit for anyone seeking a modern yet authentic Indian dining experience.
Thank you very much Pandeyji and Zuber…

Food was absolutely amazing. Loved everything about this place, from the traditional cozy ambiance to the taste of authentic Indian food.
I will visit again with my family specially on Thursday for ghazal night/live music. Highly recommended.

Went around 2 pm on a Thursday.... not busy, I was the only one in the restaurant, they gave me a complimentary dessert, the staff was attending, food came out in 10 minutes or so after ordering, and they were absolutely friendly. If I lived closer I would be here ALL the time. Came in by myself but I live about an hour and 20 minutes away. I was craving some good Indian food. Thankfully I was NOT disappointed. Such sweet staff and amazing atmosphere. They’re very new themselves so please check them out! Best Naan I think I’ve ever had. Dessert was absolutely 10/10 so yum. Butter chicken was so flavorful and delish. Pleeeease just go. Don’t think about it.

A Hidden Gem – We’ll Definitely Be Back!
My friend and I had an absolutely wonderful dining experience here! From the moment we sat down, we were greeted with attentive service that set the tone for the entire meal.
What really stood out was how welcoming and personable the staff were. Both the host and chef took the time to come chat with us, making us feel like valued guests rather than just another table. That kind of genuine hospitality is rare and really made the evening special.
Now, let’s talk about the food – everything was outstanding. We started with the nihari and dum biryani, both of which were packed with flavor and cooked to perfection. The peshwari naan was beautifully done, and the paneer dish was equally impressive. To drink, we had the rose lassi, which was refreshing and delicious. We ended with the shahi tukda for dessert, and it was the perfect sweet finish.
Honestly, we couldn’t order a single thing that disappointed. Everything was a solid 10/10, and we enjoyed it so much that we ordered food to go before leaving!
The meat is halal, which the host personally confirmed with us.
We’ll absolutely be returning soon. Highly recommend!
